Say Hi to Katrina

Hi!

This is Katrina! I thought I would follow up John’s introduction to our little business with a little bit about myself so you can find out about both of us.

So, John and I will both be using this little blog to talk to you, our fans. And just so you know who is talking to you, we’ll try to put our name at the beginning of each of these little blogs.

First, a little about myself. Some of you might know me as Elizabeth’s Gourmet Toffees is not my first business here in town. And I can’t argue with John, I do have a sweet tooth. But then, who doesn’t, right?

As you found out from John’s blog, the Elizabeth in our businesses name is my mother. She was a wonderful woman who made candy for our family and friends every holiday. And she had a few secret recipes that she wouldn’t share with anyone but everyone liked. Now we have those recipes and a few that John has come up with himself and if I do say so myself, his creations are almost as good as my mothers. Those mango-jasmine truffles, YUUMMM! Well if you haven’t tried them yet you really need to do yourself a favor and try one tomorrow.
